About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to support student development in our middle and high school campuses.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Conduct assessments and re-evaluations to identify speech and language goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely reports as required by district and state guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state SLP licensure (CCC-SLP preferred, CFY considered).
  • Experience with middle and high school students is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
