Clinical Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health. As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing patient assignments and flow within the clinic, providing oversight of patient care to support patient and staff needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assigns staff to patients per current clinic workload, considering acuity, staff experience, and competency.
- Participates in performance management of staff members, including coaching, preparation of performance evaluations, and the performance management process.
- Addresses conflicts and assists/mediates to maintain smooth operations of the clinic.
- Performs service recovery to promote patient and employee retention.
- Facilitates orientation and training for employees.
- Serves as liaison with other persons/departments/clinics concerning services offered by the office.
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
- BSN preferred.
- 2 years of related supervisory/management experience.
- Must obtain and maintain clinical competencies as appropriate.
- Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills required.
- Demonstrated abilities with problem solving, leadership, communication, fiscal responsibility, and teamwork.
