About This Opportunity:

Bright Horizons Children's Centers is now hiring a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Laurel Heights near UCSF in San Francisco, California.

The Role:

In this full-time position, you will create and lead engaging activities for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, while maintaining a safe and clean learning environment. You will also communicate daily with parents, documenting and sharing important milestones in their child's day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement curriculum-based activities that cater to children's interests and needs.
  • Foster open communication with parents through regular updates and progress reports.
  • Maintain a well-organized and secure classroom environment, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with 12 completed ECE units, including Child Development and two curriculum courses.
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred.
  • A minimum of six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool.
