Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to youth and families in accordance with the Family Stabilization Model of Services.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the youth, parent/caregivers, and other providers.
  • Work with families to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with other community agencies and providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to service delivery.
  • Document all services provided and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in a human service field (counseling, family therapy, social work, psychology, etc.) from an accredited college/university.
  • Training in family therapy and experience working with youth and families.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and community agencies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
