Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and monitor patients' health.
- Provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Implement care plans developed by registered nurses or healthcare teams.
- Provide basic wound care and dressing changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Qualifications:
- BLS/ACLS certifications required.
- Active LPN License.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and stress management skills.
Additional Information:
- Location: Massachusetts and other locations.
- Job Type: 13 Weeks Contract.
- Shifts: 8 HR SHIFT (DAY).
- Weekly Pay: $1600 to $1800.
