Job Summary

Pride Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to support our client's medical facility in Massachusetts and other locations. This 13-week assignment offers a great opportunity to work with a top-tier healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and monitor patients' health.
  • Provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Implement care plans developed by registered nurses or healthcare teams.
  • Provide basic wound care and dressing changes as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Qualifications:

  • BLS/ACLS certifications required.
  • Active LPN License.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and stress management skills.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Massachusetts and other locations.
  • Job Type: 13 Weeks Contract.
  • Shifts: 8 HR SHIFT (DAY).
  • Weekly Pay: $1600 to $1800.
