Job Title: Patent Docketing Specialist

Salary Range: $60,000 - $95,000 + Full Benefits

Job Summary:

The Patent Docketing Specialist will oversee the daily operation of the firm's computerized docketing system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all patent-related records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Docketing incoming mail, computing and calendaring due dates, and assisting attorneys and staff with docket reports and case management.
  • Providing exceptional support to attorneys and staff with complex tasks related to patent filings and registrations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patent-related data, including U.S. and foreign patent cases, interferences, and litigation cases.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in patent docketing, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Word Perfect.
