Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Flex Associate to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of client projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy, following all provided instructions.
  • Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality.
  • Lift objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs, and assist in lifting heavy objects up to 100 lbs with another associate.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, performing tasks while sitting, standing, or walking, and using fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing.
  • Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements and needs, including a minimum of one 4-hour weekend shift.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
  • Valid driver's license required, with access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail.
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred.
