Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach Mechanical Engineering Technology courses at Pellissippi State Technical Community College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality instruction to students in the classroom and laboratories.
  • Supervise student learning activities and provide individualized support as needed.
  • Submit requests for instructional resources and materials through the department head or program coordinator.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
  • Perform administrative duties, including submitting course grades and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a closely related field.
  • Three years of work experience in the Mechanical Engineering Technology field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
