Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Route Sales Representative to join our team at Flowers Foods. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order and manage inventory of fresh baked products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
