As a Warehouse Associate at Floor & Decor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and sales floor. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and stocking merchandise in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked and ready for customers.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of receiving and stocking procedures, as well as inter-store transfers.
  • Unloading, restocking, and organizing merchandise to meet customer demand.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Receive and process incoming shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor and in the warehouse.
  • Ensure that the sales floor is fully stocked and ready for customers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of receiving and stocking procedures, as well as inter-store transfers.
  • Unload, restock, and organize merchandise to meet customer demand.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
