Job Title: Security Representative Associate

Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control business is seeking an Industrial Security professional to join the security team in Grand Prairie, TX.

Job Summary

As a Security Representative Associate, you will perform duties as a Special Programs Operations Center (SPOC) Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing all aspects of security to include personnel, physical, technical, and classification management utilizing Department of Defense Directives and other applicable requirements.
  • Completing Program Access Requests (PAR) and Pre-Screening Questionnaires (PSQ).
  • Providing classified meeting support, conference room maintenance, and upkeep.
  • Supporting program management, foreign travel, and security education.

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and DoD Volumes 14.
  • A current Secret clearance with an investigation date within five years and the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI clearance upon employment.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced computer skills with the ability to use and navigate Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Desired Skills

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.
  • Experience working DoD Special Access Programs.
  • Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
