Job Description

As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant Therapy Group, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attending meetings and providing reports on student progress
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have a valid Texas State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
