Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility, utilizing eco-friendly products and state-of-the-art equipment.
- Provide meals, medications, and affection to all guests, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Oversee the nightly operations, including cleaning dishes, managing laundry, and sanitizing boarding areas.
- Ensure all pets are accounted for and settled in their designated spaces.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to manage guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as handle reservations and inquiries.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle pets of various sizes and temperaments.
- Previous experience in a kennel, shelter, or veterinary setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Computer skills are essential for managing records and communications.
- Willingness to work during weekends and holidays is required.
