Your Responsibilities

We are looking to grow our cosmetic production team for character development. If you have a passion for project management, possess strong communication abilities, and enjoy overseeing intricate projects, this position may be ideal for you.

  • Manage Timelines - Collaborate with art leads to define and schedule tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Enhance Communication - Keep teams updated on progress, potential risks, and opportunities.
  • Resolve Issues - Proactively identify and address challenges before they escalate.
  • Adaptability - Address production requirements across teams while maintaining effective communication through various channels.
  • Support Development Operations - Organize meetings, conduct reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications We Seek

  • Demonstrated experience in managing art teams for complex initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cosmetics production is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive impactful development cycles in a fast-paced environment.
