As a Sr. Electrical Engineer in our Facilities team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our electrical distribution systems. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support sustainability goals, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering support for the design, operation, improvement, and troubleshooting of all facility electrical components and systems, including load flow analysis, equipment evaluation, grounding systems, and power monitoring
  • Coordinate downtime activities between maintenance, construction, and production teams to minimize disruptions
  • Drive electrical distribution improvement projects using design change requests, power monitoring data, and advanced detection methods
  • Troubleshoot electrical system problems, conduct breaker coordination, arc flash studies, and track electrical load and capacity
  • Coordinate material procurement for equipment upkeep
  • Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines through contract close-out
  • Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to design, optimize, and maintain electrical systems
  • Provide electrical engineering support to facility technicians to troubleshoot existing electrical equipment and controllers
  • Oversee equipment installation, operation, and maintenance to meet specified parameters
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or other engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical engineering and medium or high voltage power systems
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • 7+ years of professional experience with the design or build of commercial or industrial power systems
  • Primary experience with electrical and power distribution systems (
