Job Title: Director of Product Management

At Priority Technology Holdings, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our product development efforts in the payments space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the creation of innovative customer experiences, ensuring our merchants, customers, and businesses are delighted with our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide roadmap status updates, and negotiate feature prioritization requests.
  • Manage product lifecycles from end to end, including requirements, user experience, product and operations roadmap, go-to-market strategy, product release communication, and coordination.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments or banking industry.
  • Proven track record of successful product releases with a sizable customer base.
  • Experience working with agile scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence.
  • Strong technical foundation, including knowledge of Java stacks and REST APIs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed environment.
