Job Title: Procurement Manager - Sparta Plant

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at the Sparta plant. As a key member of the plant management team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of procurement, including purchasing, production planning, logistics, and material handling.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of materials management experience, with the majority of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge of MRP, preferably SAP, is required. The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

You will work closely with the plant management team to develop and implement strategic plans to improve procurement efficiency and reduce costs. Your primary goal will be to create and sustain an efficient, cost-effective system that supports production and sales targets while minimizing freight costs and inventory days on hand.
