Your duties will include greeting guests with a friendly attitude, answering questions about the store and its merchandise, recommending and selecting items based on guest needs and desires, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

You will also be responsible for performing merchandising tasks, such as handling freight, re-merchandising, preparing displays, and completing price markdowns. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service and contribute to a positive team spirit.

**Key Performance Indicators:**
- Consistently achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
- Provide legendary service throughout the store, including the front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
- Maintain and build good guest relationships to develop a client-based business.

**Requirements:**
- No prior experience or training required
