Responsibilities:

Ensure the adequacy of product quality and compliance to requirements.
Disposition production events related to part and material non-conformances.
Monitor metrics consistent with job responsibilities.
Support Plant Safety programs to provide a safe working environment.
Achieve applicable department requirements for safety, quality, and cost.
Ability to identify root-cause and how to improve the issue at hand.
Drive simplification and continuous improvement.
Administrative work for production events in the system, ensuring that they are moving along and completing the production event process.

Requirements:

Two years (Associates) + 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment OR
High school diploma + 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment

Preferred Skills:

Flexibility to multitask and prioritize work on an independent basis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
