Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at Soliant. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services to students in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct physical therapy services to students, focusing on improving functional abilities and promoting participation in school activities.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other team members to support students' academic and physical success.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in school-based physical therapy.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state.
  • Certification from the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy (NBCPT).
  • Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local and state regulations pertaining to physical therapy services in schools.
