Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
- Oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care in accordance with BORN regulations and professional standards of care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current MA RN license required
- Minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience
- Recent acute care post-partum experience required
- Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills
- Education and experience in maternal-child health nursing preferred
