Job Summary

AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team at a 25-bed rural hospital in Berlin, NH. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients of all ages, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in a critical access hospital setting, utilizing critical thinking and clinical independence.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, administer medications, and perform other respiratory-related procedures as needed.
  • Participate in continuing education programs to stay current with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Requirements
  • 2 years of acute care hospital experience, with critical access hospital experience preferred.
  • Clinically independent and experienced working with all age groups.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, or eligible for certification by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
  • Graduate from an approved/accredited Program of Respiratory Care and a current New Hampshire License/Registration.
