Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Leader to serve as the Division Chief of Pediatric Neonatology at The University of Arizona. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the clinical growth of the division, teaching medical students and residents, participating in research or other scholarly activities, and leading division meetings and committee service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the clinical growth of the division of Pediatric Neonatology.
  • Teach medical students and residents.
  • Participate in research or other scholarly activities.
  • Lead division meetings and committee service as requested by the Department, College, or clinical partner Banner University Medical Group.
Requirements
  • MD or DO degree.
  • BC or BE in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
  • Eligible for licensure in the state of Arizona.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership in clinical and educational enterprises.
  • Experience in programmatic development.
  • Experience in clinical translational research and/or basic science research.
