Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at our outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including referrals to specialists and other healthcare services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
