Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the painted areas of our campus, ensuring they remain in excellent condition.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs, including fixing flooring, drywall, and plaster.
  • Perform quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Identify and address security and safety issues.
