Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Auberge Resorts Collection. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage and spa services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and relaxation throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized massage and spa services to guests, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
  • Prepare treatment rooms to client specifications, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Perform prep work, clean and restock treatment rooms as needed, and ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
  • Maintain professional ethics, ensuring personalized service is provided to each guest, and their needs are met.
  • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization, as directed by law and spa policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with management any occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa, including guest complaints or misconduct.
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and programs available, and regularly attend and participate in training and staff meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed massage therapist.
  • Massage Therapist State License required.
  • Experience in a luxury spa and/or hotel spa environment preferred.
  • Personal, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and love for healing.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to a minimum of three days a week, inclusive of weekends.
