Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Leader to join our team as a House Supervisor at one of our hospitals in the San Leandro, CA area. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses to take on a leadership role and advance their careers.

About the Role:

The House Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This includes managing staff, coordinating resources, and making decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and direct the delivery of patient care services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support operational decision-making
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current RN license in California
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role or similar position
