Job Overview

City Club Apartments LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all property systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training certification/degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of success in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • HVAC certification (EPA Universal) and certified pool operator (CPO) certification required.
