Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of all types of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and frostings.
- Read and comprehend recipes, including recipe conversions, and execute them according to business needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality products and maintain food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to University and UHD policies, including time and attendance and food safety training.
- One year of experience as a baker in a restaurant, commercial, or institutional facility.
- Experience operating baking equipment and following recipes.
- Ability to complete and maintain Food Safety Training required by University Housing and Dining.

- Two years of experience as a baker in a restaurant, commercial, or institutional facility.
- Experience preparing and baking from scratch.
- High volume baking experience.
- Ability to multitask and work with little supervision.
