  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to University and UHD policies, including time and attendance and food safety training.
Requirements
  • One year of experience as a baker in a restaurant, commercial, or institutional facility.
  • Experience operating baking equipment and following recipes.
  • Ability to complete and maintain Food Safety Training required by University Housing and Dining.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Culinary Degree.
  • Two years of experience as a baker in a restaurant, commercial, or institutional facility.
  • Experience preparing and baking from scratch.
  • High volume baking experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work with little supervision.
Working Conditions
  • Uniforms and/or personal protection equipment (furnished).
  • May work in extreme temperatures.
  • May work around biohazards.
  • May work around chemicals.
  • Use of manual dexterity.

Salary Range

$41,600+ depending on qualifications.
