Warehouse Lead Role

As a key member of the Eurosort department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 2nd shift, Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm. Your primary responsibility will be to execute goals by effectively communicating with leadership and associates to maintain constant order flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily start-up meetings to communicate daily goals and special announcements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in various departments
  • Manage customer requirements and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Conduct associate coaching and observations to monitor utilization, pace, and methods
  • Ensure the area is ready for the next shift and associates have returned all equipment
Requirements
  • 4+ years of warehouse experience with proficiency in each department
  • Broad distribution experience and ability to oversee multiple groups of associates
  • Experience providing directions and coaching to associates
  • Experience monitoring and measuring work through WMS and labor management
  • Proven ability to focus on performance and quality metrics
