Premises Protector

This Security Officer position requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain the highest level of security standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and preventing losses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property and enforcing security protocols
• Monitor surveillance cameras to identify potential security threats and prevent intrusions
• Audit doors, windows, and gates to prevent unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment
• Detect signs of intrusion and respond promptly to minimize risk and ensure safety
• Authorize entry of vehicles and/or people onto property while adhering to established security procedures
• Report irregularities and implement corrective measures to prevent losses and damage
• Inform violators of policy and procedures, promoting a culture of accountability and responsibility
• Identify and report facility issues, such as fire hazards or maintenance concerns, to ensure a safe working environment
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations, prioritizing the safety of all individuals involved
• Submit daily reports of shift activity and important occurrences to maintain transparency and accountability

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
