Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Home Care Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Team Manager. In this role, you'll lead a team of caregivers in providing exceptional care to our clients, leveraging our cutting-edge platform to streamline daily operations and focus on what matters most - delivering top-notch care.

About the Client

We're supporting a 7-year-old client from Scranton, PA, who requires care due to CP, global developmental delay, and epilepsy. Our team will work closely with the client's family to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities

Requirements
