About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting professional to join our team at Windows, Doors & More Factory Store, Inc. in Fort Wayne.

The salary range for this position is approximately $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and payroll
  • Excellent work ethic, strong communication skills, and effective interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with closing jobs and posting on various spreadsheets
  • Bi-weekly payroll for our 50+ employees
  • Assisting with preparation of financial statements each month
  • Assisting with compliance work with our subcontractors
  • Assisting with collection of past due accounts
  • Assisting with monthly, quarterly and yearly financial filings
