Painter Sales Professional

CertaPro Painters is the largest residential and commercial painting franchise in North America, and we've been in business since 1992. Our team is dedicated to delivering certainty to our clients, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Residential Painting Sales Associate to join us.
Responsibilities- We're seeking a skilled individual who can collaborate with potential customers to understand their painting needs and build lasting relationships.
- As a Residential Painting Sales Associate, you'll manage painting projects to ensure they're completed on time and within budget.
- You'll conduct one-on-one consultations with customers to provide customized proposals.
- We expect you to communicate with customers regularly to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
- You'll promote our brand through community events and marketing tactics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- A 2+ year degree in a related field is preferred.
- Prior sales experience in the construction or painting industry is preferred.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A history of accomplishments and promotions.
