Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Dev Expert to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. This role requires a skilled professional with a strong background in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and maintenance. As a senior-level position, this job offers the opportunity to work on complex projects and provide technical expertise to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow, including at least 3 years of on-prem implementation and support experience for large clients. A proven track record of designing and implementing process workflows, procedures, and technical standards is essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with custom integrations, platform customizations, and maintenance for on-prem instances.

This role involves translating complex input from Product and business stakeholders into requirements and mapping them onto ServiceNow functionality. The successful candidate will also design and implement process workflows, procedures, and technical standards, as well as maintain a comprehensive view of the ServiceNow architecture at both a bird's-eye and granular level.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
