Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Aerial Communications Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining coaxial and fiber optic communication lines. You will work safely and efficiently, often at heights, to ensure that our customers receive reliable and high-quality service.

Responsibilities:
  • Climb poles and ladders to access communication lines.
  • Operate bucket trucks to safely reach communication lines.
  • Inspect and maintain communication lines and equipment.
  • Report any damage or issues with equipment or lines to management.

Requirements:
  • A valid Class D driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • Previous experience operating and working from bucket trucks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., telecommunications, electrical engineering).

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with a company match, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a bonus program.
