We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Superior Grocers. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for ensuring that our meat cases are well-stocked with fresh, high-quality products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Properly merchandise all Beef & Pork primals to meet company standards.
  • Ensure that the meat cases are well-stocked with a variety of fresh, high-quality beef, pork, poultry, and seafood products.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service to drive store sales and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or Butcher.
  • Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
