Cepheid is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Manufacturing Injection Molding operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sustaining production processes, leading a dynamic team of manufacturing associates, and driving quality and productivity improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a Dynamic Team: Manage a team of manufacturing associates to meet prioritized build plan targets and daily management of manufacturing production for injection molding process.
- Monitor Quality: Ensure quality in production work-in-progress to maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Oversee On-time Delivery: Ensure on-time delivery of good quality final products through the value stream and sustain a zero-defect quality culture.
- Lead a Safe Work Environment: Oversee a safe work environment with timely execution of layer process audits (LPA) and adherence to manufacturing safety procedures (PPE...Safety Program) in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Develop Manufacturing Associates: Oversee manufacturing associates' versatility through training, including Workday Learning, Compliance, and on-the-job (OJT) training.
- Drive Continuous Improvements: Lead a team to incorporate continuous improvements through DBS tools to improve overall performance.
- Education and Experience: High school degree with 8+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Desirable Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with injection molding equipment, including injection molding presses, robots, feeder, conveyors, and other related equipment; proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems such as MES and SAP; experience working in controlled and/or ISO compliant clean room environment.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this role is $82,400-$113,300 USD Annual. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
