Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Medical Surgical/Tele to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing and coordinating patient care, administering medications, and following standard precautions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team;
  • Carries out physician orders;
  • Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, monitors vital signs;
  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required;
  • Monitors, records and communicates patient condition;
  • Assesses, and plans for the care of assigned patients.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Medical Surgical/Tele experience required;
  • BLS Certification required;
  • ACLS Certification required;
  • RN license required;
  • Covid-19 Vaccination required with booster or medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed.
