Compensation

This position is eligible for tips, and the hourly minimum pay listed does not reflect potential earnings from gratuities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the seating layout and reservation logs daily to create effective seating arrangements
  • Accommodate guests and manage wait times efficiently
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining and service areas
  • Engage with guests to confirm satisfaction with their dining experience, address any concerns, and express gratitude as they depart
  • Manage incoming calls to the restaurant during operational hours
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is advantageous
  • Ability to maintain high energy levels in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills with guests and team members
  • No formal education requirements
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain standing for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to navigate between tables and around obstacles
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds
