Salary:$ Annual Base Salary Based on Experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with clients to educate and advise them on the best policies for their unique needs.
  • Maintain client retention by overcoming objections and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet sales goals of a predetermined number of items each month and at least 10 quotes per day.
  • Grow your clientele through referrals and quality rapport-building skills.

Requirements:

Prior sales experience is required, and a Property & Casualty License is a bonus.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can be coached and trained, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to work in a professional office environment and maintain a positive attitude.
