We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing daily quality care, engaging activities, and enrichment programs to our residents, helping them to Live Life on Purpose.
Responsibilities- Provide daily personal and medical care routines according to individual care plans
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Develop and implement activity plans to promote physical fitness, brain fitness, and social/spiritual enrichment
- Observe residents and report any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition to the nursing team
- Record proper medical and health documentation per established procedures
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas
- Promote teamwork, laughter, and happiness every day
- No experience necessary - training will be provided
- High school diploma or equivalency required if applicable by State guidelines
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
- Med Passer and/or Lead experience preferred
