We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Azure Summit Technology. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our electronic systems and products.
Responsibilities:- Support the design, documentation, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of our quality program to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 standards.
- Work with engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that they meet our quality requirements and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track our performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in internal audits to assess our compliance with quality standards and to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of quality training programs for employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working within an ISO 9001/AS9100 QMS environment.
- Ability to obtain TOP SECRET security clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Master's degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10 years or more experience working within an ISO 9001/AS9100 QMS environment.
- Experience with quality management systems, including ISO 9001/AS9100 and other relevant standards.
