Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Audit daily time clock punches to ensure accuracy and follow up on any discrepancies or issues.
- Administer discipline as needed and required, while maintaining a fair and consistent approach.
- Provide support with requests such as sick pay and time off, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform daily safety and GMP inspections on the production floor, identifying and reporting any issues or concerns.
- Meet with employees to discuss corrective measures for policy violations and provide guidance on improving performance.
- Respond promptly to new injuries and forklift incidents, completing incident reports and participating in investigations as needed.
- Meet with supervisors and management to discuss business needs and participate in monthly partnership meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the leadership team, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and employees.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Spanish language proficiency, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.
