Job Title: CNC Supervisor

PFI Precision, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled CNC Supervisor to lead our second shift team. As a CNC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of CNC machines, training and developing team members, and ensuring the highest quality of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including turning and milling centers, to produce high-quality products.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
  • 5-10+ years of experience in CNC manufacturing, with a strong background in CNC machine operation and maintenance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
