Key Responsibilities- Direct and provide professional nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Oversee the daily clinical and operational components of the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction
- Monitor and collect data related to the facility and department's quality and satisfaction measures
- Serve as the clinical expert and role model for staff, monitoring and mentoring staff performance and following up appropriately
- Assure appropriate staffing levels and staffing mix to optimize routine operations within the context of productivity requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
