Online Order Filling associates focus on fulfilling and dispensing online orders. Their responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise while ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to customer pickup. They also make suitable product substitutions and engage with customers as necessary to guarantee satisfaction.
