Position Overview:

As a pivotal member of our team, you will take charge of crafting, adjusting, and overseeing API endpoints that are essential for our coding and deployment workflows.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, refine, and oversee API endpoints with well-defined routes, along with structured requests and responses.
  • Manage data storage, retrieval, and validation processes for effective database administration.
  • Enhance backend code and optimize database queries to boost API performance.
  • Oversee API versioning to facilitate updates while ensuring backward compatibility.
  • Establish robust error handling and logging systems for efficient debugging.
  • Track API usage and performance metrics to pinpoint and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Create detailed documentation for all API endpoints.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in PHP full stack development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of backend technologies and server-side programming languages.
  • Familiarity with PHP, JavaScript, Git, MySQL, Node, Apache, Docker, AWS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and performance optimization expertise.
  • Experience in developing authenticated APIs and estimating project scopes.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and take initiative on tasks.
