Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and log customer service requests in the company system for effective dispatching.
- Track and oversee the status of equipment repairs to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain and organize open service orders for optimal workflow.
- Collaborate with technicians to review and assist with service repair estimates.
- Generate quotes and invoices for provided services.
- Engage directly with customers and service leadership regarding repair updates.
- Support the scheduling of maintenance agreements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with technicians and team members.
- Familiarity with dispatching and customer engagement in a parts ordering context.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
