  • Consistently assist the patient care team in maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized patient care environment.

Requirements:

  • Competent in the knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill the scrub technician activities in the operating room, as defined by AORN standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
